Seah Chin Siong

Mr. Seah was the former President & CEO of Singapore Institute of Management, leading the transformation of lifelong learning and education for individuals and organizations. He focused on innovative learning pathways to maximize potential and help enterprises transform their workforce. Before this, he served as CEO of Singapore Pools (Private) Limited and was the founding CEO of IDA International, where he guided public service infocomm initiatives. Earlier, he was the Managing Director of Accenture’s Public Service Operating Group for Asia-Pacific and the Country Managing Director of Accenture Singapore.

Clarence Yeo

Clarence Yeo is a retired public sector leader with expertise in border security, immigration, identification and organisational development/transformation. He held senior roles as Commissioner of ICA, Chief Executive of Home Team Academy (HTA), and Senior Advisor (Special Duties) at MHA Headquarters. He led the digital transformation, launched Singapore’s biometric passport, and transformed HTA into a leading corporate university in homefront safety and security. Recognised for his contributions, he received several individual national awards. He also serves on multiple local/international boards and advisory councils.

Lim Teck Yin

Teck Yin is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the Singapore Armed Forces and the sports industry. He served as CEO of Sport Singapore from 2011 to 2023, where he led organisational transformation and spearheaded the successful hosting of major sporting events. Teck Yin holds degrees from London Business School and the Civil Service College.

Daniel Kim

Dr Daniel Kim is an organisational consultant and facilitator specialising in guiding organisations towards a learning-focused future. With a Ph.D. from MIT, he helps teams develop their vision, engage in open dialogue, and navigate complexity. Dr. Kim has extensive experience in diverse industries and has worked with renowned organisations. His focus is on helping organisations identify their purpose and achieve their highest aspirations.

Andre Wai

Andre is Deputy Director (Operations Strategy) at Child Protective Service (CPS), Ministry of Social and Family Development. He is currently leading various teams that drive the process innovation, digital transformation and organizational development efforts in CPS. He is a social worker who is trained in organisational development, change management and business administration. As a person-centered futurist and optimist, he believes that social work, systems leadership and business/digital transformation can be integrated to create practical, impactful systems-level changes in families, organisations, leaders and communities. Andre is a social work practitioner, civil servant and lecturer with over 15 years of experience in the public and social service sectors. He has worked on many national level initiatives to improve social service delivery in Singapore. Thomas Lim

Thomas Lim is the Vice-Dean of Centre for Systems Leadership(CSL) of SIM. He is an accredited ACLP practitioner and Specialist Adult Educator (SAE) with the Institute of Adult Learning, previously led Government Statutory Board staff in Leadership & Organisational Development (L&OD). He holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) title from the ICF, specialising in Training, Wellness Coaching, and Applied Health & Human Performance. Thomas is a Co-Author of the PEARLS Coaching Framework featured in “Think.Coach.Thrive!” As a Forbes Coaches Council member, Thomas trains and coaches mid to senior-level leaders in large corporations, focusing on Organisational Transformation and personal/professional success aligned with Corporate Vision. With expertise in Organisational Change, Strategy, and Web3.0, he has authored 30+ Forbes articles in the past 3 years. Alphonsus Pang

Alphonsus is passionate about organisation change and transformation. Across public and private sectors, from Defence & Security, Infocomms, Telco, Judiciary and Education, he has more than 25 years of experience pursuing organisation performance and systems change. He currently contributes to the boards and committees of Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore University of Social Science, Singapore Computer Society, and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals. Alphonsus is an Honorary Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society and Distinguished Alumni of the Institute of Systems Science, NUS.
